Dee McCall is a Learning & Development Facilitator at Akron Public Schools since November 2022, leveraging extensive experience in community organization, communication, and military leadership. Prior roles include serving as a Political Department Fellow and Lead Community Organizer at The Freedom Bloc, where advocacy for local issues was a primary focus. McCall managed communications at St. Bernard Catholic Church & St. Mary School and contributed as a Community Organizer with Ohio Organizing Collaborative, successfully mobilizing community engagement initiatives. A former SGT in the Ohio National Guard, responsibilities included training and mentoring subordinates. Additionally, McCall served as Research Manager for ArtxLove LLC, coordinating community-focused projects. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Akron.
