Myia Jeffries is a seasoned professional in social work with significant experience in family and child advocacy. Currently serving as the Family Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinator at Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority since December 2015, Myia previously held dual roles as a Child Advocate and Intake Specialist at ACCESS, Inc. from March 2010 to December 2015. Myia earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from The University of Akron, completing studies between 2004 and 2009.
