Michael Gerzeny is an experienced human resource professional with a significant background in employee and labor relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority since December 2007, Michael oversees HR functions for over 300 employees across 30 locations in Summit County, providing strategic HR leadership. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resource Manager at Penske Automotive Group from October 2005 to November 2007, managing HR functions for over 300 employees across 8 locations in Northeast Ohio, and previously serving as Human Resource Manager at Anna Maria of Aurora from April 2000 to November 2005. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Akron and an Elementary Education Certification from Cleveland State University.
