Kathryn McPeak is an experienced professional in the housing and human services sector with a focus on assisting vulnerable populations. Currently serving as an MTW Certification Specialist with the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority since January 2022, Kathryn previously held roles as Asset Manager and Recertification Specialist at Stark Metropolitan Housing from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Case Manager at YWCA of Canton and YWCA USA, where responsibilities encompassed client intake, housing search assistance, utility and rental aid, as well as data entry. Additionally, Kathryn advocated for homeless veterans at Family and Community Services, Inc. and gained experience in caregiving and office management earlier in their career. Kathryn holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Stark State College.
