Steffen Lang has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Steffen began their career at Bayer in 2001 as an Entwicklungsingenieur. From there, they joined A. Schulman, Inc. in 2004, where they held various roles including Key Account Manager, Global Key Account Manager Automotive, and Regional Sales Manager Germany/Austria/Switzerland. In 2019, they joined AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH as Head of Key Account Europe, and later became the Head of Sales Europe in 2021. This demonstrates their strong background in sales and key account management within the plastics industry.

Steffen Lang earned a degree in Kunststofftechnik from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) between 1996 and 2001.
