Karina Shevtsova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Business Partner and Head of HR at AKRIKHIN/Polpharma since February 2011, overseeing HR operations for a team of 350 under the COO and previously for 600 under the VP Sales & Marketing, while managing a team of four. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Citibank from June 2008 to January 2011 and Recruitment & Development Manager at Dental Management Group from April 2004 to January 2008. Karina holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management (CIPD) from Kingston University, completed coaching qualifications at Coaching Academy International, and has pursued further education at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
