Monjur Mollah's work experience began in 2006 as a Manager at Dunkin Donuts, where they managed the store, handled inventory, and maintained employee schedules. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Chemist at LNK International Inc., conducting various tests and experiments, preparing technical documents, providing analytical support, and training new chemists. monjur then joined Contract Pharmacal Corp in 2013 as a Chemist, where they were involved in analytical method development, quality control, stability testing, and R&D on diverse products. In 2015, they joined Akorn Pharmaceutical as a Chemist III, and in 2022, they became a Data Integrity Reviewer and Data Reviewer at Akorn Pharmaceuticals.
