Emma Froome is currently serving as the Deputy Head of BAU and a Behavioural Analyst at AKO Capital since October 2021. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Transition Mentor and Transition Mentor at UCL, as well as serving as Athletics Captain for UCL Running, Athletics & Cross-Country. Emma's earlier role as Team Leader at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust and retail experience as a Retail Assistant at Alton Sports complement a diverse skill set. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from UCL, completed in 2021.
