Tyler Schultz has been working in the professional world since 2019. In that year, they were a Crusher Operator at Qualia Wines, where they were responsible for operations and mixing chemicals at the earliest stage of winemaking. Tyler also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at IPG Mediabrands. In 2020, they worked as an After Hours Consultant at Smartfrog. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Specialist - EN at Aklamio.

Tyler Schultz completed a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Victoria University in 2013. Tyler then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Swinburne University of Technology, which they completed in 2017.
