The Human Resources Team at Akiolis is responsible for managing and developing the company's most valuable asset—its employees. This includes talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The team also oversees payroll, benefits administration, and the implementation of strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment across the organization's 12 factories and 48 collection and transfer centers.
