Tore Kalhovd has extensive experience in engineering, primarily within the offshore and flexible pipe sectors. Since October 1991, Tore Kalhovd has served as Chief Engineer at Aker Solutions, following earlier roles as a Flexible Pipe Engineer at Coflexip Norge from 1988 to 1991, and as a Pipe Stress Engineer at Rosenberg Verft between 1987 and 1988. Tore Kalhovd holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/Offshore Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, obtained between 1985 and 1987, and a Civil Engineer degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway, completed from 1982 to 1985.
