Sturla Magnus was appointed head of Newbuild in April 2023 after having guided the Topside & Facilities business since November 2020. The Norwegian has extensive oil and gas experience, having held corporate management roles at Skanska, Kvaerner, Aker Marine Contractors and AF Gruppen. He holds an MSc in engineering from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Magnus held 191,072 company shares and had no share options as of Dec 31, 2022.
