Oliver Lightowlers is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Akari Care since November 2016, Oliver has previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Applied Graphene Materials from October 2013 to October 2016, and at Ensus Group from June 2012 to September 2013. Additionally, Oliver was the Group Finance Director at Spice PLC from December 2002 to March 2012 and worked as a Senior Manager at PwC from September 1994 to December 2002. Oliver's educational qualifications include becoming a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in 2008 and obtaining an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation from ICAEW in 1998, following a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Manchester. Early education was completed at Bradford Grammar School.
