Shiran Guez is an experienced information security professional currently serving as Director of Information Security at Akamai Technologies since May 2014, after progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Principal T3 SECOPS lead. Prior to Akamai, Shiran worked as a Senior System Test Engineer at Compass-EOS, where responsibilities included developing and executing test plans for core routers. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Senior 3rd Level SE at Expand Networks, System Manager at Ocean Technology Solutions, and System Admin at multiple companies including ZEUROLINK and Polyinformation. Educational achievements include a CISO certification from the Technion, CCIE certification in Routing & Switching, and ongoing studies toward a BA in Management from Israel Open University.
