Saurabh Anand is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Akamai Technologies since December 2021, Saurabh previously held positions at K&S Partners as a Senior Associate and Associate specializing in IP litigation, where various pharmaceutical, mechanical, and telecommunications suits were managed. Saurabh's tenure at Singh and Singh Law Firm LLP involved handling significant cases related to pharmaceutical and telecommunication patent infringements, including high-profile matters such as Ericsson v Micromax. Earlier experience includes independent practice at Perfexio Legal, several internships across notable legal entities, and participation in a summer school on Intellectual Property Rights organized by WIPO. Saurabh holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws from Jindal Global Law School.
