Mark Shelepov is a Principal Lead in Data Architecture at Akamai Technologies, where responsibilities include managing the Data Architecture group and overseeing the design of a robust Oracle@Azure cloud infrastructure. With extensive experience in database migration, high availability solutions, and compliance audits, Mark has successfully led significant projects such as a massive VLDB migration with zero downtime and automated database solutions. Prior to Akamai, Mark held senior positions at Data Intensity, LLC, focusing on advanced technology consulting and application engineering, and has a strong background in database administration and performance tuning from earlier roles with various companies. Mark holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tashkent State Technical University and additional professional training from the Oracle Education Center.
