Stuart Wachtler is a seasoned Management Executive at AKAM since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in property management and facilities management. With a background as Property Manager at Total Community Management from May 2019 to April 2023, Stuart has managed day-to-day operations for multiple Homeowner Associations and condominiums. Prior roles include Facilities Manager at JLL from November 2013 to May 2019 and at JPMorgan Chase from November 2012 to November 2013. Stuart began in the industry as Assistant Property Manager at Maxwell-Kates Inc. and also worked as an Energy Derivatives Broker at Energex OTC Brokers Inc. Stuart holds a BS in Finance from the University at Buffalo, completed in 2010.
