David Cruz has work experience as an Assistant Property Manager at AKAM Living Services, Inc. starting in March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Property Administrator at Goldman Sachs from June 2012 to March 2019, where they were responsible for the day-to-day aspects of operating a sought-after 600,000 RSF Class A Commercial building in the Financial District of Manhattan.

David Cruz attended New Jersey City University from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. In 2017, they enrolled in the New York Code + Design Academy and completed a program called Web Development 100, which focused on Computer Programming and Specific Applications. Additionally, in October 2018, David obtained a certification in Google Ad Words Fundamentals from Google.
