Roman Yurchik started their work experience in 2008 as a Web Developer at Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications. Roman worked in that position until April 2010 when they joined Akademos, Inc. as an Application Developer. In September 2015, they were promoted to the position of Software Development Team Lead and later became a Senior Software Developer in June 2016, for which they currently hold the position.

Roman Yurchik obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Odessa National Telecommunications Academy, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
