Martin Bech is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences (ATV) since March 2020. Previous roles include Innovation Attaché at Innovation Centre Denmark & Consulate General in Shanghai, and Coordinator for ThinkChina.dk at the University of Copenhagen. Martin's early career featured positions such as Industrial PhD Student at the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research and Programme Manager at the Nordic Centre, Fudan University, where responsibilities encompassed research collaboration, educational activities, and fundraising. Martin holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Studies & Anthropology from Aarhus University, a Master's degree in International Development Studies and Cultural Studies from Roskilde University, and a Bachelor's degree in East Asia Studies from the University of Copenhagen.
