Sophie Fehlbaum is currently working as a Specialist E-Learning and Development at Akademie Überlingen. Prior to this, Sophie held the title of Referentin für Anti-Gewalt-Kurse at Bayerischer Fußball-Verband e.V. where Sophie conducted teambuilding workshops, conflict resolution, and provided coaching. Sophie also worked as a Berufspädagogin | Pädagogin in der Erwachsenenbildung at COMCAVE.COLLEGE GmbH, focusing on educational guidance and quality management. Additionally, Sophie gained experience as a Praktikantin in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung at ZF Group. Sophie holds a Master of Arts in Bildungsmanagement from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Pädagogik, Erwachsenenbildung, and Germanistik from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
