Mia Flinta is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior QA Specialist at AJ Vaccines since January 2022, Mia also holds the position of CQA Manager at Baxter A/S from November 2016. Previous roles include Quality Specialist at LEO Pharma, QA Academic at H. Lundbeck A/S, and QA Specialist at CMC Biologics, among others. Mia's career spans over two decades, with significant expertise in QA systems alignment, regulatory processes, auditing, and supplier management. Mia holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Åbo Akademi University.
