Monica Gole, Ph.D., is an experienced academic and test prep tutor at AJ Tutoring since May 2019, specializing in AP, Honors, Academic Biology and Chemistry, Algebra, and K-8 ELA and math. Prior experience includes a contract role as a Research Associate at Adverum Biotechnologies, where studies focused on innovative assays for gene therapy programs, and as a Postdoctoral Scientist at BioVision, leading the development of novel enzyme assays. Earlier roles include a Research Assistant at Stanford School of Medicine, focusing on endothelial cell mechanics, multiple research assistant positions at the University of Mississippi involving the cannabinoid system and its effects on cardiac health, and an internship at Alkem Laboratories in Research & Development.
