Sonakshi Pahwa has a diverse work experience. Sonakshi began their career in 2011 as an Internship - Merchandiser at RADNIK Far-East Ltd. (India). In 2012, they were a Business Development Manager at Spur display. The following year, they were a Central Security Coordinator at Securitas India. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Business Planning & Performance Management at Uninor (Telenor group - Norway). In 2017, they were an Event Coordinator at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Sonakshi then moved on to become an Operations Coordinator at Hired, Inc. in 2018. In 2020, Sonakshi took a break from their career to become a Stay-at-Home Mom. Sonakshi is currently an Operations Manager at Uken Games and an Office Manager at Aiven, both starting in 2022.

Sonakshi Pahwa completed a Post Graduation in Retail & Marketing from Indian Retail School between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they had obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion/Apparel Design from Annamalai University between 2007 and 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Social Media Marketing for Artists and Designers, and Mental Health First Aid from OCAD University and St John Ambulance respectively.
