Henri Keski-Sikkilä has worked in the tech industry since 2005. In that year, they began as a Senior Software Developer at Neusoft, where they worked on product development teams developing new mobile phone software. In 2011, they joined Livion Oy as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for hand-on product development based on modern web technologies. Henri was later promoted to Director Software Services, where they managed a business unit consisting of 4 product development teams. Henri also held the role of Sales Director, where they were responsible for modern web application development, planning and kickoff product development projects, and handling request for information and request for proposal. In 2022, they began their current role as Engineering Manager at Aiven, where they are responsible for leading a product engineering team, planning the team's roadmap, and managing the team's backlog.

Henri Keski-Sikkilä has an extensive educational history. Henri obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Software Development from Centria University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2007. Henri then obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Jyväskylä between 2007 and 2013. In 2009, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance. In 2006, they obtained an Avaya Certified Associate: IP Telephony from Avaya. Lastly, they attended the University of Vaasa for Leadership and Organization studies between 2018 and 2019.
