Mark Davis possesses extensive experience in technical support, having served as an Applecare Advisor for Conduent since July 2017, specializing in Tier 1 support for iOS software and hardware. Prior experience includes a role as a Tech Apprentice at Verizon Wireless, focusing on Android OS support, and an Information Services Specialist position at AT&T, where Mark provided directory assistance. Currently, Mark is pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT with a concentration in network administration at AIU Online, building on a solid educational foundation that includes an Associate of Science in Computer Technology and a certificate in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College.
