David Stagnolia is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Aisin World Corp. of America since May 2016, Stagnolia oversees HR functions across North America, Canada, and Mexico, focusing on key performance indicators related to talent acquisition, retention, turnover, morale, and leadership development. Prior to this role, Stagnolia held significant positions at Paoli LLC as Director of Member and Community Relations, and at ATTC, HA Parts Products of Indiana, and Aisin USA in various human resources management roles.
