Rime El Haddi has a diverse work experience that includes roles in recruitment and talent acquisition. Rime is the Founder and CEO of Rekruit'UP, a recruitment and talent acquisition company specializing in IT disciplines. Rime has also worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Société Générale African Business Services and as a Recruitment Lead at Aishore. In addition, Rime has experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Intelcia IT Solutions and as a Human Resources Manager and Recruitment Officer at DataProtect. Rime also worked as a Headhunting and Sourcing Specialist at Quanta Consulting. Rime's earlier roles include being a Research Assistant at the University of Westminster and Al Akhawayn University, as well as a Student Ambassador at Al Akhawayn University. Rime also gained experience as a Human Resources Internship at Méditel.

Rime El Haddi completed a Bachelor's degree from Al Akhawayn University, majoring in Human Resources Development and minoring in Business Administration, from 2010 to 2014. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management, certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, from the University of Westminster. Additionally, Rime El Haddi obtained several certification courses related to recruiting, interviewing, diversity recruiting, talent sourcing, and verified international academic qualifications.
