Nick Harris MRICS is an experienced professional in the commercial management sector, currently serving as the Head of Commercial (UK) at AIS since July 2021. Previously, Nick held the position of Commercial Manager - Aviation at Dyer & Butler from August 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the commercial and contracts functions within the airports division. Prior experience also includes a tenure as Associate Director at Mace Group, managing the commercial aspects of multiple baggage projects at Heathrow within a substantial £110m portfolio, and earlier roles as Commercial Manager for aviation projects at Heathrow and Gatwick, as well as Quantity Surveyor at Skanska. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University.
