Sridhar Rajan is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Since 2017, Sridhar has served as General Manager at Signature Properties PNG. Prior to this role, Sridhar held the position of Food and Beverage Restaurant Manager at Airways Hotel from February 2013 and served as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Suryagarh from February 2012 to February 2013. Additionally, Sridhar was a Restaurant Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces from October 2010 to February 2012, where responsibilities included managing a coffee shop with substantial daily foot traffic of 350 covers. Sridhar completed education at Cambridge School from 1984 to 1999, culminating in a degree earned in 2003.
