Conor Sweeney serves as the Global Head of Talent & Development at WeightWatchers, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HRBP leadership for the company's IRL/Workshop business since March 2023. With a robust career in human resources, Sweeney has held critical roles such as Global Head of HR Strategy & Workplace at WeightWatchers and Head of People at Fountain, where significant improvements to HR infrastructure were achieved during a period of hyper-growth. Additionally, Sweeney contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Kindred Minds and Airvet, along with advising PeopleTech Partners. Previous experience includes senior positions at Volta Charging, Box, Walmart, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, showcasing a strong track record in managing business operations, corporate communications, and global corporate real estate. Sweeney earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Husson University and is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.
