Erica Alves, MSHRM, has extensive experience in Human Resource and Benefits Management, currently serving as a Benefits Consultant and Leave Administration Team Lead at Oxy since October 2018. Prior roles include Manager of Total Rewards at Silver Eagle Distributors and HR/Benefits Manager at Comfort Systems USA, where Erica excelled through progressive positions from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resources Generalist. Additionally, Erica has a background as Senior Benefit Specialist at Consolidated Graphics, Benefit Administration Manager at Employee Benefit Solutions, Inc., and Customer Service Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Houston Christian University, along with an Associate degree in Psychology from Houston Community College.
