Seema K. Nayal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HR Executive at Airtickets India Pvt. Ltd. since October 2015, Seema has demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions. Prior to this role, Seema worked as an HR Recruiter at Hire Resources from February 2014 to August 2015, focusing on recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive EHS at HCL Comnet Limited from 2004 to 2007. Seema holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completed between 2009 and 2012.
