Michelo Moono possesses extensive experience in sales and enterprise data solutions within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Head of Sales and Enterprise Data Solution Manager at Airtel Zambia PLC since May 2013. Michelo has also held the position of Head Data Solutions at Airtel since April 2019 and previously worked as an Enterprise Specialist at MTN Zambia from September 2008 to April 2014, where responsibilities included developing service delivery frameworks and managing critical incidents. Early career roles included Senior Transmission and Planning Engineer and Transmission Planning Engineer, focusing on network design and performance management. Michelo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Zambia and a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Zambia Air Services Training Institute.
