Rajab Mahamoud

Customer Service Representative

Rajab Mahamoud is an experienced professional with a background in technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Airtel Tanzania since May 2018, Rajab specializes in the sales and registration of SIM cards, as well as customer education regarding services. In addition, Rajab has been working as a Customer Service Representative at Airtel Uganda since February 2014, where responsibilities have included teaching Science subjects in various schools, such as Ilagala Secondary School in Kigoma Region and Linda's English Medium in Kilimanjaro Region. Rajab holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Kampala University, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
