Herbert Walugembe is an experienced professional in business development and sales management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Regional Business Manager at Airtel Uganda since July 2021, Herbert has successfully led sales teams, designed strategic sales plans, and enhanced brand presence through retail initiatives. Before Airtel, Herbert held prominent roles such as Country Head of Business Development and Sales at NILETRAC, Head of Sales at DStv Uganda, and various positions at East African Breweries Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and fostering customer relationships. Herbert's extensive background demonstrates a strong record of achieving sales targets, effective team leadership, and market development across multiple organizations. Herbert holds education credentials from Makerere University and Namasagali College.
