Glory Minja is an experienced auditing and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Airtel Money Tanzania Limited since June 2024. With a strong background in audit and finance, Glory previously worked as the Commercial Compliance Manager and Executive Assistant at Airtel Tanzania from February 2019 to October 2023, and prior to that held the position of Manager Audit at First Housing Finance (Tanzania) Ltd from April 2017 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Auditor and Auditor at Ernst & Young, where significant responsibilities included planning and executing financial audits, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Glory holds a Master's degree in Finance and Investment from The Institute of Finance Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam.
