Kara Blumberg is the Vice President of Professional Services at Airtable, where responsibility includes leading and scaling the global Professional Services, Partner, and Premium Success teams since 2024. Prior to this role, Kara served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Professional Services at Outreach from 2019 to 2023, overseeing the international Customer Success organization and strategy for over 6,000 customers. Kara's earlier experience includes building the Professional Services organization at HireVue from 2013 to 2019, as well as various positions at SAP (SuccessFactors) and SuccessFactors between 2007 and 2013, focusing on customer success and enterprise consulting. Kara began a career in human resources at AmeriBen/IEC Group from 1997 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington and studies at Whitworth University.
