Alvin Pham has extensive experience in technical support and network engineering, currently working at AirSplat since September 2013, where responsibilities include customer service, troubleshooting, sales, and maintaining software and hardware. Alvin also holds a position at Advanced Microcomputing Concepts as a network engineer, focusing on the installation of cabling and VoIP systems. Previously, Alvin served as a Guest Service Representative at Ray Cammack Shows from September 2008 to October 2011, gaining skills in customer service and conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment. In addition, Alvin tutored various subjects including 3D modeling and animation at the Art Institute from September 2008 to September 2010. Alvin's educational background includes bachelor's degrees in 3D Modeling, Rigging, and Animation from The Art Institutes and a Bachelor of Science in Animation and Interactive Technology from the Art Institute of Orange County.
