Jaicus Uson is a seasoned Senior Customer Support Engineer at Airspan Networks since March 2015, with extensive experience in network operations and engineering spanning over 15 years. Previously, Jaicus served as the IP Network Operations Shift Lead Engineer at wi-tribe, overseeing the 24/7 maintenance of the WiMAX network and managing critical incidents. Prior to that, Jaicus held positions at Fujitsu Philippines Global Delivery Center, providing round-the-clock support for Globe Telecom network monitoring, and at INTEX Telecom Systems, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and project implementation for Next Generation Network systems. Jaicus Uson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Baguio.
