Laetitia Tamur is an experienced account manager currently contributing to Airship, where the focus is on enhancing mobile app customer experiences through a unique platform. Prior to this role, Laetitia served as a Customer Success Manager at Batch, managing the satisfaction and retention of over 50 major clients. Earlier experience includes a management role in CRM at Carrefour, overseeing national communications and KPI tracking, and prior work as a CRM Project Manager, where Laetitia developed comprehensive 360° CRM strategies.
