Joseph James Kozlowski is an experienced construction project manager and owner with a robust background in property management and luxury renovations. Currently serving as the Construction Project Manager / Superintendent at Airoom Architects, Builders, and Remodelers since December 2017, Kozlowski also owns Secured Properties Inc, specializing in various services including asset protection, inspections, and renovations. Previous experience includes a role as Superintendent of High-End Luxury Renovations at Unity Construction Group and ownership of Sovereign Homes & Construction LLC, where residential luxury homes and commercial projects were developed. Kozlowski's educational background includes training from the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters, Grand Rapids Community College, and a high school diploma from West Catholic High School.
