Simon Moloney is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a LAME for the ERJ190 at Airnorth since January 2023. Previously, Simon held the position of Head of Maintenance for Rotary at Airflite Pty Ltd from April 2017 to February 2021. Prior to that, Simon worked at Bristow Helicopters Ltd as Deputy Engineer in Charge from May 2008 to April 2017, managing H225, S92A, and AS332 helicopters. Simon's earlier experience includes roles at Aerotecnic as a B1.3 LAME for AS332 and as a B1.3 LAME with Perry Engineering, where support was provided for the "D Check" of AS332 helicopters. Simon also served as Chief Engineer at Network Aviation from February 2004 to February 2006, overseeing operations for various aircraft servicing mine sites in Western Australia. Educational background includes attendance at Mortlake High School from 1981 to 1986.
