Irena Lauer currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at AirHelp, where the organization has established itself as the world's largest advocate for air passenger rights since its inception in 2013. Prior to AirHelp, Irena held various leadership positions at ERGO Hestia, including Director of Operations Centre and Head of Customer Support, contributing significantly to operational excellence from July 2007 to April 2019. Previously, Irena worked at Nordea Bank Polska as Sales Team Manager from January 2004 to June 2007. Irena's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing from Gdańsk University of Technology and further studies at Kozminski University, Uniwersytet SWPS, and Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku.
