Tony Grassi is a seasoned safety and compliance professional with extensive experience in managing health, safety, environmental, and security initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Safety & Compliance at Airgas USA, LLC since November 2013, Tony directs safety initiatives for 41 locations in the Gulf Coast region, overseeing a team dedicated to training and regulatory compliance. Previously held positions include Fleet Safety Manager and HSES Projects Specialist at Air Liquide Industrial U.S. LP, where responsibilities encompassed accident reduction and compliance audits. Tony's career began in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, leading to a strong foundation in operational management. Tony holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a BS from Towson University.
