Gracia Carrillo is a seasoned managed service engineer currently employed at AireSpring since February 2022. Prior to this role, Gracia served as a Cloud Support Specialist at Acronis from April 2021 to February 2022, and as IT Telecom Support Level 1 at OSI (Outsourcing Services International) from November 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a telephone support agent at TELUS International from January 2019 to October 2019. Gracia holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Don Bosco, completed in 2018.
