Eva Durimel is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Directrice de restaurant at Airelles since June 2021. Previous roles at Airelles include Directrice de salle and Superviseur de la Restauration at the Matsuhisa restaurant. Eva's extensive experience in high-end dining includes notable positions with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities ranged from Assistante Point de Vente Restauration to various roles as Chef de rang at Mei Ume and KAITO.
