Prash Sharma is an experienced executive and finance professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Executive and Vice President of M&A at Airbus since April 2021, Prash previously held the position of Group Mergers & Acquisitions at ArcelorMittal from September 2015 to April 2021, where Prash demonstrated expertise in managing complex transactions across Europe. Prash's earlier career includes roles at PwC UK in Valuations and Transaction Services focused on sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Mining, and Infrastructure, as well as serving as an Economic Advisor to Members of Parliament in the House of Commons.
