Ruben Ponte is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries, including technology and biopharma. Currently serving as the Global HR Director at Airbnb since June 2018, Ruben leads a team of HR business partners and has previously headed HR for Airbnb Experiences. Prior roles include Senior Talent Partner at Genentech, where a two-year transformation of teams was spearheaded, and Director of Human Resources at Gilead Sciences, focused on competitive time-to-market strategies.
