Neoshi Chhadva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy and operations within leading organizations. Currently serving as the Business Lead for Monthly Stays at Airbnb, Neoshi is responsible for global business strategy and go-to-market operations while also participating as a member of the Diversity & Belonging Council. Previous roles at Airbnb include Supply Lead and Senior Manager in the Experiences division, focusing on supply growth and marketplace quality. Neoshi has also contributed as an Advisor for Moon, a wellbeing platform, and held significant positions at SEPHORA, Tiffany & Co., Richemont, J.P. Morgan, KPMG, and Citi in various capacities related to strategy, operations, and marketing.
